Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Increase of the Competitive Ability of the Mining-Metallurgical and Chemical Industry as a Basis

The bill (Reg.
No6492), introduced by the People´s Deputies of Ukraine N.Yu. Korolevska, V.P. Hatsko, V.M. Hureev, M.V. Kravchenko and others suggests implementation of a number
of the legislative measures of stimulating character before 1 January 2015 in
customs-taxation sphere first of all. Moreover, the bill envisages granting of
the right to attract credit resources under government guarantee for the implementation
of the innovational and investment projects and also peculiarity of the implementation
of ecologic legislation regarding the emission charge etc.
In the
course of the discussion the Committee members declared that the bill shall
facilitate the prevention of diversion of money turnover of enterprises for the
sum approximately UAH 400 million per month at the expense of it, increase of
the rate of settlements in funds with the suppliers of resources and budget,
renewal of the basic production assets, enables the implementation of measures
on reduction of production expenses and prevents the price increase within the
domestic market etc.
